Terms of service

Scope

These terms govern the purchase of company databases through labasededatos.com. The seller is SaaS online services OÜ (registry code 14953809), Sepapaja 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. To place an order the customer expressly accepts these terms by ticking the acceptance box (which includes the consent described in the "Right of withdrawal" section); the version of these terms accepted and the acceptance date are recorded with the order.

Product and price

The product consists of company listings by sector or category, delivered in Excel (XLSX) format with the available fields (name, address, province, phone, email and website, where recorded). The price per category is €29.95 plus applicable VAT (21%), unless a different price is stated on the product page. Prices are shown in euros.

The customer can request an invoice for their order by writing to info@labasededatos.com with the order number and their billing details (company or full name, tax ID and address).

Ordering and payment

Orders are placed by adding categories to the cart, entering billing details and accepting these terms. Payment is processed through Stripe using the methods shown at checkout. Once the order is confirmed, the customer receives a confirmation email and, within 72 hours at most, another with the download link for each listing.

Delivery

Delivery is digital. Once payment is confirmed, we check the category against our sources and email a download link within 72 hours at most. The link lets the customer download the file for the period stated in that email; if it expires, a new one can be requested by writing to info@labasededatos.com.

Updates

Each listing purchased includes one free update: the download email carries a code that lets the customer request the same listing, updated, once during the 6 months following the purchase. The updated listing is sent to the email address used for the original order.

Right of withdrawal

As this is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the customer gives express consent, through that same box, for performance to begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledges that this right is lost once the download link for that listing has been sent (art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent national law). Until the link has been sent, the customer may cancel the order by writing to info@labasededatos.com.

Data licence

The purchase grants the customer a non-exclusive licence for internal use of the data for their own commercial purposes. The customer agrees to comply with applicable law in their communications (in particular the GDPR and rules on commercial communications) and may not resell, sublicense or publish the data as their own product.

Warranties and liability

The data comes from publicly available sources and is reasonably reviewed, but its absolute accuracy, completeness or currency is not guaranteed. The seller's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Consumers in the European Union retain the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. For any issue the customer can write to info@labasededatos.com, and may also contact the consumer authorities or alternative dispute resolution bodies of their country of residence.
