Terms of service

Last updated: 17 July 2026

Scope

These terms govern the purchase of company databases through labasededatos.com. The seller is SaaS online services OÜ (registry code 14953809), Sepapaja 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. By placing an order, the customer confirms having read and accepted these terms.

Product and price

The product consists of company listings by sector or category, delivered in Excel/CSV format with the available fields (name, address, province, phone, email and website, where recorded). The price per category is €29.95 plus applicable VAT (21%), unless a different price is stated on the product page. Prices are shown in euros.

Ordering and payment

Orders are placed by adding categories to the cart and entering billing details. Payment is processed by card through Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, the customer receives an email with the download link.

Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate once payment is confirmed. For categories marked as "in preparation", the data is collected and verified when the order is received, and the file is emailed as soon as it is ready.

Updates

Any free-update promotions in force (for example, via an update code) are described on the site itself and governed by the conditions stated there.

Right of withdrawal

As this is digital content supplied immediately, the consumer expressly consents to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledges that, once the download has started or the file has been sent, the right of withdrawal is lost (art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent national law). If the order has not yet been delivered, the customer may request cancellation by writing to info@labasededatos.com.

Data licence

The purchase grants the customer a non-exclusive licence for internal use of the data for their own commercial purposes. The customer agrees to comply with applicable law in their communications (in particular the GDPR and rules on commercial communications) and may not resell, sublicense or publish the data as their own product.

Warranties and liability

The data comes from publicly available sources and is reasonably verified, but its absolute accuracy, completeness or currency is not guaranteed. The seller's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. European Union consumers retain the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence and may use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
